SimpleData: Daily SEC Filings

Searching through the SEC Edgar database can be overwhelming.  For this reason, I created a Daily SEC Filings, an element of SimpleData, in order to provide real-time SEC Filings (10-Q’s, 10-K’s, etc.) in multiple formats.

Next time, don’t try searching for a CIK code, and instead visit SimpleData for the information you need.
